Who runs this site
This site is operated by Laddershift Marketing Services, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Sajal Dubey writes the content. You can reach us at sajal@laddershift.com.
What the site collects today
Mostly, the site is a set of pages you can read. There is no account to create, no newsletter to join, and no advertising script running.
The hosting provider records standard server request information, such as the IP address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser user agent. That is how a web server works, and it is used to serve the pages and keep the service available.
The contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, we keep your name, your email address and your message, plus the time you sent it. They are stored in Airtable, which we use as a simple lead list, and a copy is emailed to Sajal through Resend so he sees it. You get one automatic confirmation email, also sent through Resend.
Your IP address is held briefly in memory to stop one sender flooding the form. It is not stored with your message.
It is used to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold or shared. Ask and we delete it.
Payments
If you buy something, you pay on Stripe's own checkout page. Stripe collects your card details and processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Card details never reach this site.
Stripe shares with us what we need to fulfil the order: your name, email address, what you bought, the amount, and your billing country. We use it to deliver what you paid for, to reply to you, and to keep financial records the law requires.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It only loads if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click Decline, or ignore the notice, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookies are set.
If you accept, Google sets cookies whose names start with `_ga` and processes your visit under Google's privacy policy. Your choice is remembered in your own browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. That deletes the analytics cookies and asks you again.
What will change, and when
The community is planned and not built yet. When it opens, this page is updated first, with what is collected, why, who processes it, and how long it is kept.
Email you send us
If you email sajal@laddershift.com, we have your message and your email address, because that is what an email is. It is used to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold or shared.
Links to other sites
Guides link to other websites, including official documentation and the tools mentioned in them. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we do not control them.
If a link is ever an affiliate or paid link, it will say so plainly on the page it appears on.
Your rights
If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email sajal@laddershift.com and we will tell you. Given the list above, the honest answer is usually "an email thread, or a contact form entry, if you have sent one".
