This is a working draft, not reviewed legal copy. It describes how the site behaves today. The final version lands when payments, the contact form and analytics are switched on, and it will be reviewed before then. Questions in the meantime go to sajal@laddershift.com.
All purchases are final
Every purchase on this site is final, and refunds are not issued. That covers digital products such as playbooks, consultations, assessments and any other paid work.
The one exception is a specific offer that says otherwise, for example a money-back guarantee run for a limited period. When an offer like that exists, its conditions are stated on the offer itself, and a refund is issued only when those conditions are met.
Nothing here takes away a right you have under the law. If something you bought was faulty or not as described, email me and it gets fixed.
Consultations and calls
Booked calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours of notice, using the link in your booking confirmation. A paid call you miss without notice is not refunded.
Assessments, ongoing work, custom agents and website builds
The first 15-minute assessment call is free. Everything after it is scoped with you before anything is charged, and the price, what is included and what happens if you stop partway through are agreed in writing, per engagement, before work starts.
Prices, currency and VAT
Laddershift Marketing Services is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is not currently registered for UAE VAT, so no VAT is added. Prices are in US dollars and the price on the page is the price you pay.
Currency conversion charges, if any, are set by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
How to ask
Email sajal@laddershift.com, or reply to your Stripe receipt, with what you bought and what went wrong. A person reads it, and refunds go back to the card you paid with.
