This site is operated by Laddershift Marketing Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
The guides are information, not advice
The guides describe how I work and what I have found useful. They are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from someone who knows your situation.
Nothing here is a promise of a result. Tools change, prices change, and what worked in one business does not automatically work in another. Check anything that matters against the primary source before you act on it.
Accuracy and changes
Guides are written from primary sources and from my own work, and they are dated. Software moves faster than writing does, so a guide can be correct on the day it is published and out of date later.
The site, its content, and these terms can change at any time.
Content ownership
The writing, design, wordmark and images on this site belong to Laddershift Marketing Services unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read it, quote a short passage with a link back, and use the prompts and templates in your own work.
Republishing a guide in full, or passing it off as your own, is not allowed.
Third party tools and links
Guides mention and link to tools built by other companies. Those tools have their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for them or for what happens when you use them.
A recommendation, a sponsorship, an affiliate link and a free resource are different things. Where any paid relationship exists, it is stated plainly on the page.
Paid products and services
Paid products and services are listed on their own pages, each with its price and what is included stated before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own hosted checkout. Card details go to Stripe and never reach this site.
Digital products are licensed to you for your own use and your own work. Sharing the file itself, reselling it, or republishing it is not allowed.
A consultation is time with me, booked after payment by email. The AI assessment starts with a free 15-minute call; the paid assessment, any ongoing work, custom agents and website builds are scoped with you first and priced before any work starts. Nothing is charged until the scope is agreed, and those are invoiced through Stripe.
Refunds and cancellations are covered on the refunds page. The community is not open yet and nothing about it is for sale.
Liability
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction. This clause is part of the draft and will be confirmed in review.
